This is my current photo (sorry for the mess in the background). I have been hit and miss with the gym and eating recently and so I fluctuate.
I am giving myself a short term goal to lose weight and get healthier by my birthday in April 2016. My long term is have lost more and gotten healthier before a planned 3 week trip to Asia in September 2016.
More than anything I want to be confident in myself and have more energy!
